    service mode iR2016

    Hi,
    can someone pls. tell me how to get into the service mode in the canon iR2016J ?? We need to adjust somthing on this machine...

    I'm also looking for a service manual for this. can someone help me ??

    This is slightly different than the other ones ..you press asterick .2 .then 8 then asterick again

        You need to press 2 and 8 at the same time.

        Additional Functions (*) > 2,8 together > Additional Functions (*)

          Sooooooooooooooooooooo without actually having a manual on hand...what is it that you're trying to do under service mode

            Sorry bnmand, logonjim had it right, the 2 & 8 key are not pressed at the same time, but sequentially.
