I have a few ir3300's at a location and I just finished setting up a new win 7 x64 pro terminal for use. However I cannot for the life of me get it to print correctly. I have tried the PCL5 and 6 drivers but nothing seems to work.
When printing the copier will claim there is no paper in the try, opening up the system monitor on the copier you can see it's full, press ok, and it will print without any problems. Some drivers in win7 will also tell me there is no paper in the copier even though it's full.
I have several other machines, even win7 x64 that print without any issues to it, so I'm guessing it's a driver issue. I even manually pulled the driver off another x64 machine (someone set it up to use a ir3530 pcl driver) that prints without any issues and I still get the same problem.
I'm totally out of ideas that this point.
