    Yes, but never work on canon copiers that run on the network

        your Fiery System software is shot. Needs to be reloaded.
        You might get lucky by, turning copier off,
        watch the Fiery leds shut off
        unplug Fiery and Copier for 10 minutes
        Plug them back in and turn on.

        Do a search in the forum, for a more involved formal recovery method.
