    i have this problem in ir 6570 :

    my problem with this error 000013-0000

    how can i fix it ?

      The waste toner pipe is identified as being clogged.Use wacuum cleaner.Check the connector for any fault in connection.Check the waste toner feedscrew lock detecting switch.check the switch position.
