    canon 5070 web problem

    Web keeps.breaking on this unit. Solenoid works fine, but not seeing the shaft for.the web take up turn each time the gears do. Do these gear clusters break internally?

      yes they bREAK, sieze. THERE ARE ONE WAY EARINGS IN THE MIX TOO

          Is there a part number to replacing as assembly?

              Not for web advance. Unless you want to replace entire upper fuser assembly.

                  We changed alot of these gears on ir5000 and ir5070. They easily get melt. If one of the gear melt or broken the whole assy gears can run making the web roller unable to turn resulting dirty copy
