hi all

my problem with ERROR 00004-0103 IR 6575

I change DC CONTROLLER PCB and the Error still display !!!!!!!!

Is this the same machine with E005

Was this after a power cut, or brown out?
Check wall voltage.
Check your fuser carefully
ERROR CLEAR

If error won't clear
Check fuse on IH power supply.

Jesterday you have E005 on the same machine.Maybe you forgot something!?

i have three machine

one it's work good

and the other have Error 00004-0103

i don't forget any thing

Fuser unit = heater unit = fixing unit where the place for upper roller, cleaning web roller.

Today i did e004 and i found out the heater lamp connector didnt connect properly and thats why it keep coming out e004 even i change HVT and SSR.
Double check the heater unit wiring and connector.

did you fix your E005, and ran some copies then E004 showed up

FUSER = Fixing Unit = very hot 200 degrees C

my problem is solved , and the solve by : replaced the power supply it's work
