I have a C1 which is throwing error code e0014-0002, which is a fixing motor issue according to the manual. The error started intermittent, but now occurs every time, on plain paper mode only. Heavy paper works fine.
I have replace the fixing drive motor, as well as the belt drive motor. also replace a worn bushing in the belt drive assembly.
Im thinking fixing driver, but wanted other opinions before ordering...
Thanks!
did u replace the Fixing Belt Assembly
Check the connector J814 on M36 Motor Driver .This connection does not have to be removed when taking out the Fixing Belt Assembly
When removing the other connectors from the Fixing Driver PCB, the wire harness is pulled and the connector J814 can be dislodged accidentally-
