    Cannon MF4450 FAX RX paper size

    Dear mgt.

    We have bought a Cannon MF4450. We have a big problem in the FAX RX "Receiving Fax" issues:

    • We want the paper size of the Drawer 1 to be FOOLSCAP "8.5 x 13 in" to continuously print RX. The issue is that when we have receive a FAX the error always says paper size is not correct. How come this error come-up when we FAX FROM the other machine a FOOLSCAP "8.5x13 in" paper size TO cannon mf4450 were the Drawer 1 paper size is already FOOLSCAP?? and error still occur. Other issue big time is that if we FAX FROM the other machine a LTR "8.5x11 in" paper size TO cannon mf4450 were the Drawer 1 paper size is FOOLSCAP, is there any solution BIG TIME setting were we will not change the paper size whether the paper size FAX to us is LTR, A4 or FOOLSCAP the Cannon MF4450 still PRINT the FAX CONTINUOUSLY in the FOOLSCAP paper size??

    Please give us the solution guide for this step-by-step!Hoping for your quick reply for it is very important to our office work. We are very hampered with this issue and losing very good quality time and clients.... We appreciate your BIG TIME help.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          thank you for your reply but sorry but you didn't get my point.. I want the DRAWER 1 paper size to be FOOLSCAP "8.5x13in" all the time.. Whether i receive a LTR or A4 RX FAX, it should be printed in FOOLSCAP "8.5x13in". How can I set it? thank you
