    Thanks everybody! I came over to let you guys know that i already have replaced the network board by a new one. Thanks god! the freezed LCD have dissapeared, but still have the "please wait" message issue on printer status.
    I also have The system software service Path 1-LWYIP on CD but i don't have the SST Tool for fiery c2, so please if someone have it, send it to marlonjos@hotmail.com i'll apreciate everybody help.

      u don't need SST for patch installs

      Patch file 1-LWYIP.ps corrects this problem below---
      When printing to the imagePASS C2 / G1 and selecting the 'Collate + Rotate' or 'Group + Rotate' option in the print driver, the printed output is opposite of what was selected.


      1. Extract file C2_1-LWYIP.ps.exe to a PC.
      2. Log into imagePASS-C2 as Administrator in Command Workstation.
      3. Import patch C2-1-LWYIP.ps to direct queue.
      4. After the patch is downloaded, wait at least 60 seconds before rebooting.
      5. Restart Fiery from Command Workstation or Fiery LCD.
      6. When the Fiery comes to "Idle", print out the configuration page.
      7. Verify that the Update Info section contains patch number 1-LWYIP.ps.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

        Understood!!! The problem is that Fiery Work Station, doesn't get connected to the server anymore, so i think i have to reload the Fiery sytem Software firmware. what is a problem to me, because i don't have the SST Tool... Do someone has it? please provide it to me. marlonjos@hotmail.com

          Hello to all!, i came to just to let everybody who read this thread know, that all the problems with my machine was caused by a faulty Network board. after i replaced it and doing the right setting machine is working perfectly.
          Thanks to everyone that helped to fix the issue.
