NP 6035 pf clutch part #

Can anyone confirm the part number for the clutch that turns the feed rollers on the top cassette? Best I can tell (without a manual) it is FH7-5371-000 or FH7-5371-030. Thanks!

According to some very old documents, the upper port uses a different clutch than the lower. The numbers you have listed are for the lower port. Don't worry too much about the last three digits. On Canon products, when the part is updated the last three digits increment upwards. If you order an old number most suppliers will automatically send the more recent updated part.

The part number you want is: FH7-5422-000
The same clutch is used in the upper port and duplexer. Again, don't panic if the last three digits change. That's a good thing. It means that you'll get the new and improved part. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks a bunch for that info. It saves me time and money. Not to mention all the miles driven. Preciate it.
