    ir2022 how to reset the whole machine to default?

    Time to time the copier stops printing, you can send a job to it, and after 30 sec or so get error massage.
    Reinstalled drivers, restarted printer computer and even a coffee maker, still no luck!
    I would like to reset everything to defaults and start over again. Machine worked fine before.

      Try with new firmware.

          you can try doing an all clear in service mode and after that put back all the values in the machine they are located on the rear back cover of the copier best regards

              I'm sorry. I can't ignore the bad advice offered here.

              Please don't do an All Clear. All you will do is create new problems to add to you old problems.
              For starters, try doing a little real troubleshooting and look up the error message that you get, or post it here if you're unable to read a manual. I'm sure someone here can read for you.

              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Try to clean/change Ram with another..,
                  Learning never ends..

                      U POST NO ERROR CODES ??

                      the object of being a good tech is to have and follow a procedure on service calls/
                      it's all about> the process of elimination

                      there are no quick fixes/no band-aids/hit & runs for imageRunners-
                      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

                              Have you tried to change the printer cable you are using? This machine uses USB port or ethernet port to print.Sometimes this cables can become a manace.Try to change the cable .
