Your print head is clogged.Try with printhead cleaning and noozle check.

thanks for your quick response, the photocopier i have managed to sort out the problem, but the mini canon photo printer not yet, its a selphy cp 800, it doesnt use ink but a photo film.

There is a software with cleaning mode function.

The feed roller rotates for about 20 seconds without a tray or ink cassette, so the surface of the roller can be cleaned while it is rolling.Practice makes perfect

Need software.Use google but i believe it's tech software.Practice makes perfect
