kindly assist with above mentioned printer, it has two lines in the middle of the prints.

Your print head is clogged.Try with printhead cleaning and noozle check.

thanks for your quick response, the photocopier i have managed to sort out the problem, but the mini canon photo printer not yet, its a selphy cp 800, it doesnt use ink but a photo film.

There is a software with cleaning mode function.

The feed roller rotates for about 20 seconds without a tray or ink cassette, so the surface of the roller can be cleaned while it is rolling.

Need software.Use google but i believe it's tech software.
