Canon IRC3380i paper jam code 0207

    Canon IRC3380i paper jam code 0207

    I have encounter paper jam problem when doing double side copying, the jam code is 0207. Anyone can give some ideal about this issue?

                  jam code is a fuser stationary jam, so you have a problem within the fuser unit

                      +1 on the fuser, check connections first, did you say it only jams on duplex?

                          Yes, is only jam on duplex copying.

                              0207 Jams are occurring, only when duplexing

                              examine the duplex reversal area make sure that the duplex flapper is not stuck in the wrong position and the spring is not missing.

                              if stuck/reposition the duplex flapper and replace the spring (if missing)

                              NOT HOOKED IS CORRECT IN PIC >as shown
                              HOOKED CLOSED IS WRONG (as shown in pic)
