    [CQ] canon ir 2020

    hai technical forum,
    kindly assist with a problem on canon ir 2020 digital copier, its working well but the image is not permanent on the paper after passing through the fuser unit.

      OEM toner,replace fixing film.
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it
