[Misc] Canon IR1600 - Replace toner/Mixing toner

Hi folks,


Right after I turn on machine it start to mix toner, after mix I make one copy, and I get message to replace toner..

Toner inside is new..


Any suggestions what could cause this?

I recommend that you carefully clean the rear side of the developing assembly that contains the H.V contacts , make sure there is no residual toner or rust over these contacts. If after cleaning u still have the same issue replace the high voltage pcb.

Make sure that u r using geniue toner this toner problem replace it again.

did u work on dev. unit first

if so>make sure the reinforcement plate that is behind the cleaning blade is present--

hi....i will give a suggestion...there is potentiometer adjustment on the HVT board which located under the laser scanner unit it is marked with ANT...i tried this once and it is succeed...good luck

Greetings. Changes the developing unit and do a master clear.
