u then need to uninstall and re-install 7105 firmware
u have old firmware _ it is now up to v80.02.03as of 12/1/2011

System Software v55.05 for the imageRUNNER 7086/ 7105/ 7095/ 7095 Printer V2 has been released. Version 55.05 provides the new, robust feature set of the new V2 engines. Any imageRUNNER 7105 series engine can be upgraded to v55.05 to have this new feature set.
When installing System Software v55.05 on the older imageRUNNER 7086/ 7105/ 7095/ 7095 Printer, please follow the procedure below to insure proper installation or an error will occur.
1. Place the machine in Download Mode by holding down 2 & 8 and powering ON the main switch.
2. Using the Service Support Tool v3.35Ek, select the 'iR7105' Folder/ 'SINGLE' and install 'Special BootROM v10.99'.
3. Turn OFF the Machine and then back ON holding 2 & 8 to place back into Download Mode.
***Once the BootROM is re-written, it cannot be returned to the old model version.***
4. Using the Service Support Tool v3.35Ek, select iR7105_V2 and perform an 'ALL PARTIONS' HD-FORMAT to the Hard Disk Drive [HDD].
Note: Formatting using the USB Memory Stick to perform HD-FORMAT is not available and is only available using the Service Support Tool at this time.
Once the HD-FORMAT has been performed and the machine is turned OFF, then ON holding down 2 & 8, downloading the System Software using USB Memory Stick or Service Support Tool can be used.
5. Select 'ALL' to install System Software v55.05.
6. Power OFF & ON Machine. The machine will extract and install the system software.
7. When installation is completed, turn OFF, then ON holding down 1 & 7 to place into 'FIXED IP' Download Mode.
8. Select iR7105_V2 and select 'SINGLE' to install the Accessories.
Note: After flashing the accessories firmware by way of an ARCNET connection, be sure to select the 'SHUTDOWN' button on the Service Support Tool or the accessories will not upgrade. Pressing the Shutdown will place the 7086/ 7105/ 7096 into a pre-shutdown mode.

how i can get this firmware? like: v80.02.03as of 12/1/2011 i live in iran my work is repair canon photocopiers.but Iran have not any real canon center or canon dealers. i think i have to register on www.support.cusa.canon.com but i cant because i haven't dealer code or something else. can anyone help me ? sorry for my bad english

yes i know!! but my country have not Canon Authorized center for repair and support.iran just have used canon copier products. how i can download new frimware.how i can buy.how i can give?
