to add on-----------------------do u also receive a jam code ??

Finisher -slightly z fold towards the trail edge of the paper.

Perform a voltage check on PI33 to verify a state/voltage change. If there is no state/voltage change replace PI33. If no voltage is found to PI33 replace the Finisher Controller PCB.

If this jamming occurs after the Finisher Controller PCB has been replaced perform all of the adjustment to the new Finisher Controller PCB as specified in the Q3 Service manual

Do what second poster has said, Change all 3 to plus 3 and clean/replace exit rollers. You dont need to replace the assembly. Very common problem.
