        From the service guide:

Is the connection between the connector J1015 on the main controller PCB and the connector J316 on the DC controlled PCB normal?
        NO: Correct the connection
YES: Replace the DC controller PCB.

MY NOTE: I would look real close at the connector pins. A bent pin is a bitch.

If you have replaced the two boards it is probably the main power pcb also known as the swtiching regulator part # fh3-2613-020. Good luck

            Dirty Power

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Like the post that blackcat referred too, this was a problem when the machine was first introduced. Also check the wall voltage, no more than 3 volts between neutral and ground.
