the copy was very good after somebody changed the software it now very light how can i make it darker thanks for help

hahahahah i don't know him the problem in copy - i dont use printing

hi....maybe someone has played with setting like toner save mode....so you should clear the memory to make sure....have a good luck

Can be a simple like, text/photo button.Maybe someone change toner incorrectly.Try to reinstall drum and toner.

Use OEM toner, Is the surface of the developing cylinder coated with an even layer of toner?
