I have an Canon IR 2000 that can not start. I'm now thinking of firmware error. Could anyone send me that firmware through my mail kazihaha@yahoo.com? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

DearI replaced the hdd with the other one from a working machine, and it worked.So I think here the hdd and the firmware have problem. But in case the hdd problem, how can I copy the firmware from the working hdd to my hdd (i got some old hdd from laptop that have the same type with the broken one) and place it back to photocopier Canon 2200F. Is it work? I mean copy firmware from the working hdd to the new and how can I do that?Thanks for your helping.Comment

Try HDD cloning. For details on how to do it, contact a guy called 'zaza', who is also a senior member of this forum. He seems to be an expert in that area.
