IR4570 RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

    IR4570 RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

    Hi, I have iR4570 machines that when accessed through web always show:


    RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

    RUI Module Version : 3601


    On one of the machine, I try to replace the hard disk taken from a good unit. The machine works and can now access the RUI. Does it mean my other unit has also a problem on HDD? Is it okay if I format the disk and clone it coz i don't have SST right now.
    By the way i did an HDD check, all are OK!
    Copying, Printing and Scanning are all okay, I just can't access the RUI.


    Any other solution from this? (or maybe this is not an HDD problem ) Thank you very much.

      Hi ,
      I think that you have to download the RUI to your M/C using SST(batch download-singl mode) or You can make a copy from the firmware registersrd on the good HD that you have replaced, to your M/C`HD.

          Problem can be solved with SST and complete firmware.HDD is OK.

              is it okay if I defrag the HDD? (Hold 1 & 9 key) Will it do the trick?

                  Hi,

                  Try to see if there version number for RUI under Service Mode topic ""Version"

                  If it a "--", that could be the issue you facing

                      Nothing will happen by doing this, there is no tricks like this.
