[Dead] Canon irc1021i - dead

I have a customer withe a Canon irc1021i which is completley dead apart from the green light on the control panel - any ideas guys?

First ensure any connectors and DIMM's are properly set and there is no dirt causing poor connections. As you will have already guessed there is power going to the machine but it isn't booting.

did u check the circuit breaker (printer) near interior AC plug ?

what have u checked so far ____if anything-
