[Misc] Advance 5051 Quick Menu button no response

    Hi, all

Have anybody came across Quick Menu button when press, there is no response ? Access from RUI, also unable to see the web link for Quick Menu as compare another unit of 5051 which have it.

The relevant service mode is set as 1; firmware is v64

Had upgrade firmware to v69 but still NG. Set Service Mode for Quick Menu to 0 and reboot; set it back as 1 & reboot, also a dead end.

Thank you in advance for any leads provided

Machine full features works including access via CDS firmware update, only that Quick Menu don't work.

Had ask around my local support, facing similar issue. Their only few solutions is Format HDD / Replace HDD / Initialize All Data ( which I try and 20 minutes later, Quick Menu button came back normal) but this last solution has been tried by my local support, problem came few months later.

Yes, only those 3 seems to solve the problem & return Quick Menu button to normal.

Was thinking, any of you guys' might have came across this issue and have a better solutions than mine's, which wasted time or parts replace of perfectly working HDD.
