    dirty copies in IR 3180CI

    the problem is yellow dirty copies when printing color or black, the cleaning blade of transfer belt changed the drum unit also changed, I am using original toner. look to the image to see the yellow backgound even when copying or printing black copiesimage.jpg

        Id check contacts on the transfer belt unit. You dont want something messing with your transfer rollers?

            IR3180C is a single drum color machine. If you've single color issues; verify , clean or change the corresponding dev unit.

              Ah yes this is the 3170 series I was thinking of the 2880! Have you cleaned the patch sensor & run a full auto gradation?

                  nothing contacts the transfer belt only the blade, sure nothing missing, but when doing about five copies it becomes clean.

                    yes i cleaned all the internal units inside the machine and did auto gradation, but i noticed the yellow toner powder fall inside the machine as over toned
