You need a NEW cleaning blade assembly. Canon had to redesign those a few times because they were not holding up. I would for sure put a new cleaning balde assembly in no matter what. Not just a blade. The black thing in the center is another sign. Its my day off so sorry I m not willing to give better explanation why!
You can take the top delivery cover off and run the machine. Then you can see the developers running and what is going on and coming off the transfer belt.
The lines through the red show another problem. Most likely time for a ITB unit rebuild too.Sec trans roller?
