(use direct network cable no crossover as u are connecting thru router)
now install the printer in ur pc from the file u downloaded from net
and set port to standard tcp/ip and provide ip address u set in ur machine
have a test print to verify that all goes well.

i have connected the machine via router with ip address. the document failed to print
is ur machine is shown on network ?
(use ping command to check the machine is in network or not
can also do this by typing machine ip in browser, if it is connected properly, the remote content page will be opened)
machine is in ur network ( with ip 192.168.1.2 )
now go in ufrII printer properties and check the port selected for the printing
set the above tcp/ip port for it.
//-->also make sure that u set ip address in machine and dns dynamic update is off
else whenever machine or network is restarted, machine gets new ip address automatically
-->also if ufrII not able to print then go for pcl driver//
