    iR 5000s E003

We replaced the main thermistor to bring it back alive, however we're still getting the code frequently requiring resets. Any other ideas of what could be causing it? AC power is sufficient, I know could be AC driver or DC controller but how likely would that really be...from our experience the thermostat is either good or bad - not intermittent.

Try shimming the rear connector of your Fixing/Feed unit,

or could be your Fixing/Feeding Connection PCB P/N FG5-4979-000

I thought of that as well, I assume you mean adding a spacer to bring them both together more firmly - will give it a try, thanks.
