[CQ] IR5055 dark copies on Insterts and covers only

Hi all,
I have a ir5055 that when doing booklets with cover and inserts the cover and inserts get darker and darker to the point they are black. it is edge to egde. all the standard pages in the book are ok. From doc feeder/ doc server or printer.

Performed a memory clear, reset as PPrint and all looked ok for a day.

any idea's?

where did you load the inserts/ slip sheets, could you show us samples?

I tested from both draw 3 and the bypass, same issue. Even using same draw or bypass for both.
No copies with me, but the blanked edges are also blacked out, image is still on the page if image was requested.

Try to figure out the paper size settings. is it A4 or letter size?

Yeah good question, not booklets. Just A4 covers on A4 prints with inserts stapled.

I will turn off Potential Control and up date firmware as my next grasp of thin air
