    [Dead] iR7105 cannot power on

    Dear all,

    I have an issue with iR 7105 that the machine cannot on,there is only a small power light at the panel display,
    i had tried to change the main controller,power supply unit & dc controller & even whole panel assembly
    but still the same issue,can anyone advise me or anyone face this issue before,Thanks a lot.............

    troubleshooting problem ,
    check for AC output from the All Day Power supply at connector J782.
    J782 from the All Day Power Supply supplies AC voltage to the DC Power Supply. Check if 5 Volts is present from J784 Pin1 on the All Day Power Supply, to the DC Power Supply--


    Disconnect J1718 from the Relay Pcb.
    If the display lights, suspect a load from the DC Controller side, as J1718 supplies DC power to the DC Controller.Try powering up the copier with the Fixing / Feeding Assembly out see if the display will light.

    Check the wiring from the Fixing / Feeding Assembly, can cause no power problem to be a shorted 5V line the Fixing Feed Assembly--
    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

      Unplug the vibration motors for cleaner blade. Had these take machine down many times
