We have this copier and it gave us an error that read - Memory Full! We cannot clear it, the guy that sold it to us/had serviced it, has basically bailed on us (though told us he ordered some kind of chip) and we are STUCK! Any ideas would be appreciated! Any techs that work in Western Washington would be cool too! HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

Erase all docs in your mailboxes maybe there is a large doc in one of them. Could possibly be a bad hard drive. -
clear server
I think you should do a clear server, if there's a jod stuck in the printer
board, you will have that message. so reboot the copier and press the print i/f button when you see "do you want to go in setup" click yes
after that click on "runsetup" you will see a menu scroll down till you find
"clear server" click on yes and you're done the machine will reboot.
