    The Front Stopper becomes worn with use resulting in the lack of margin for gear engagement.
    This causes the gear on the toner bottle and the gear on the machine side to rotate without being engaged.

    hello
    the same thing happened to me, but in the end I just changed (white) motor rotation toner was torn off the power cable in the motor.
    motor repaired and returned
