Dear All,
can anyone cone across the issue below:
After installing new canon iR advance 6055 all try are not working it is showing jam paper error from try one and two ,
only bypass can work properly.

any help or idea is highly appreciate

Hi,

Is Tray 3 and Tray 4 giving paper jam too?

If not, then pull out Left paper Deck and Right paper Deck, look for a white plastic block. Loosen 1 screw and move it to other direction.

I come across these situations all the time with Junior or inexperienced Techs dealing with Canon Products - you MUST follow the Installation Instructions on all Canon Boxes especially the Advance Range - the other replies are correct, adjust the white nylon blocks from position 1 to 2 in Left & Right Decks (Cassettes 3 & 4 not affected).
