hi guyz, i have my canon ir 2318 which is showing any error code 0001-001, wht could be the problem,i have tried to clean the fusing thermo-start but the problem continues.does any one knows the problem?

Have you tried to clear the error in service mode? You might have to replace or rebuild the fixing unit. -

Abnormally high temperature (detected by sub thermistor)
The sub thermistor detected an abnormally high temperature (300 deg C) during temperature control.
Check sub thermistor
Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
