    iR4570 ADF Problem on 8.5x13

Hi i have problem on iR4570 using the feeder on 8.5x13 only. When i try to feed an 8.5x13 original on feeder, the heading of the printout seems to move maybe an inch. Also same problem when i use the feeder on duplex mode. On top glass, the output is okay. Any adjustment to be made? Thank you very much. (see attached image)

I don' know about the Philippeans, but in the US 8 1/2" x 13" or Folio is not a standard US paper size. My guess is that your 4570 is interpreting it as 8 1/2" x 14" or Legal, then trying to make the image fit.

If the option is available, I would be looking for original size detection settings, specifically Folio. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      try these settings below

in Level 1 / set to "3" below
      COPIER > OPTION > BODY>MODEL-SZ
      3: AB/INCH (6R5E)

Setting a special paper size that cannot be recognized by DF-

      Level 2
      COPIER > OPTION > BODY>ORG-LGL

      <Setting range> "3" is for Folio/ "4" is G-Legal=both are same size

try to set at "3" or "4" see what happens

Just want to say "Thank You!" to both of you Problem solved.
Here are the adjustments (just in case someone have the same problem.)

        ADDITIONAL FUNCTION>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTION (for Level 1)>COPIER > OPTION>BODY>MODEL-SZ 3: AB/INCH (6R5E)

ADDITIONAL FUNCTION>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTION (for Level 1)>ADDITIONAL FUNCTION>2 (for Level 2)>COPIER>OPTION>BODY>
        ORG-LGL 1: FOOLSCAP

ADDITIONAL FUNCTION>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTION (for Level 1)>FEEDER>ADJUST>DOCST>
Adjusting the front position of document image <Adjustment method> Setting a greater value delays the image front timing. (do a trial and error, mine is -5)
