    Error code for Canon IR3300

    Hi Guys,

    I have a IR3300 copier which had been working good, untill just sometime ago it gave an error message displayed on the LCD screen.
    The Error Code is E733-0001, looking at the service manual it states that it might be poor connection or the DC controller PCB is faulty.

    I have tried checking the wires and connectors, all are okay and i have even tried changing the DC controller PCB..... still the same, the error message comes back on again.

    Any help with this type of problem?

      Try replacing the switching (main) power supply, but first check the wall voltage. Part # FH3-2613-020
      Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!

          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

              Thanks very much for that help, yes it was the dirty power........... anyway i have solved the problem and it should not appear again.
