    insert Drum canon ir2545

    I have one canon machine and it is showing insert drum,I have tried so many ways but it does not work.The message Insert drum still there even though we replaced with a used one.We swapped the same drum in other machine and it is working well,The machine is showing ready signal with the message insert drum and is not able to copy or print

                  It's the HV board.

                  Try to remove it, clean the contacts and put it back. 10 min work.
                  If that fails replace it from working machine just to confirm that's the cause of the problem.
                  After that order a new one.

                      I've also had this a few times and if it hasn't been the grounding contact inside the drum it has always been the HV board..

                                  My case is different .After replace HVT,Drum and PSU still problem occur..last i order a DC controller(Fm4-28640 Problem solve yeah
