Hi,

we are basic in canon IRA9070 products.. I would like to know can we able to print documents without fiery in IRA9070. ( Direct print )
If it's possible means what are the necessary steps need to do.

Direct Print Kit (for PDF/XPS)-H1

Direct Print Kit allows users to print PDF and XPS (XML Paper Specification) files directly to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE system through the Remote UI, removable memory media*, Advanced Box, and Web Access. Standard support for TIFF and JPEG is available.

The Direct Print Kit needs to be installed with the PS Printer Kit only for XPS direct printing, since PDF direct printing is a standard feature of the PS Printer Kit.

Note
-Supported removable media sources include USB memory, SD cards, SDHC cards, Memory Stick, CompactFlash, and Microdrive. Removable media sources other than USB memory require the optional device port and multimedia card reader.
-Additional Memory Type B (512MB) is required.

* XPS cannot be printed directly from memory media or Advanced Box.

Direct Print option button will only appear in the RUI when using the Canon print controller.
Direct Print kit for XPS allows a user to print a XPS file directly from the RUI interface, without a driver or application-

Thanks for the clarification.
Could you pls clarify...direct print through tcp ip possible?
And without fiery Image pass A1 can we able to Print UFR printing. If possible means how to assign the IP address to communicate with print server.
