For this you need a HD from another machine or else
copy a hard drive and the partitions of the same to load the
system.
while your at it, why don't u send poster a video demo on how to use it/ or better yet hop a plane to assist them
giving away this service tool & firmware to untrained techs or end users only causes more issues to deal with
