    finisher F1 , canon ir 5000

    hi every body
    i need help
    i have finisher canon model F1 work on photocopy canon model IR5000
    it's working normaly for alot of copeis ( may be reach to 800 sheet continusly )
    but sudenly jamed in buffer ( befor entering swing ) and give jam code 1134 , and this is the same place which jam take place
    i dissconnecet the finisher and test photocopy alon , no jam happened
    please help me

        1134= could occur due to excessive pressure of the shaft (FB3-7288-000) and the front and rear bushings (FS5-1805-000).
        Remove the shaft (FB3-7288-000) and polish both ends so that they will turn and move freely inside the bushing (FS5-1805-000). These parts are pictured in the parts catalog on page Q37 items #5 and #23.

        1134= can be caused by the swing guide not opening. A quick way to check the swing guide is to turn the copier off and on. When the finisher is initializing the swing should open and close.
        When the finisher is initializing if the swing guide doesn't open, it has been found that PI18 can cause this problem. Page 2-27 in the finisher manual shows a figure on the swing guide. PI18 part number is WG8-5364-000.
