[Jamming] Ir4570 a4 paper jam in single side but not a4r

IN IR4570 paper jam while printing single side and double A4 paper and also xerox, but A4r is printing well without get jammed in both single and double side

the jam error is 0107 plz help ,

First off check your paper tray setting to make sure the cassette is set to the proper size. Check and or replace feed rollers if needed.

roller are change and size are set perfectly in the tray,
the paper get folded and jammed

Do you have fully upgraded copier with new tipe of lower door,vertical path rollers etc......?

all the major parts are fine rollorer door etc, because A4r is printing fine only A4 is problem,,

Do a single side copy, does the paper come out curled? If it does than your paper is damp. Try a new packet of paper & also try 100GSM if you have any.

is A4 jam from only one cassette / or deck location ??

even if placed 90gsm and 100gms paper also it get jam.

and in both cassette A4 is getting jam,

and after continues use of A4r it also get jam its after 100 to 170 pages
no curve paper in single printing , the paper is fine

plz help

is this jam issue from network prints ? or glass copies or both ?
