I believe it's the doorswitch of the fuser drawer, not detecting the drawer opening in a proper manner. Remove the delivery unit and cover, above the fuser drawer and locate the doorswitch. Clean with a cloth/brush/air-can. Should work propperly now.
But before u do so, check pins in the fuser connector.
Hello!
After new fuser(all new) ,still getting E004-002.
Any idea could help me?
Thanks
It is possible that a dirty sensor, possibly from toner contamination, may cause the same problem. If so, this problem may also be rectified by cleaning the sensor.
Sensor is located behind switches---see below

E004-0002 / E004-0003 Error Codes, When fixing drawer is pulled out after a paper jam
Problem :
If fixing/feeding unit closed sensor PS5 is dirty or has malfunctioned, or if MSW5 and MSW6 (fixing/feeding unit open/closed switches) are not actuating properly, it is possible an E004 will occur when the fixing drawer is pulled out.
A typical scenario is when the machine has a paper jam, the customer opens the fixing unit drawer to remove the jam and an E004 occurs. This is due to the fixing unit connector breaking connection to the fixing unit components before the fixing unit open/closed switches de-actuate.
Solution :
If you encounter the E004 problem when the fixing drawer is opened, follow the procedures outlined here to clean sensor PS5, (between the two switches), and to check and adjust the fixing feeding unit open/closed switches 5 & 6: 1. Open the fixing feeding unit drawer. 2. Open the upper left vertical pass door and remove the side cover and vertical pass door. 3. Remove the upper left vent cover. 4. Remove the four screws and the connectors for the vertical pass assembly and lift the unit out of the machine. 5. Note how the fixing unit connector 'A' (at the top rear of the fixing assy) makes electrical contact with connector 'B', and how it also is used to actuate the fixing unit open/closed switches msw5 & msw6 'C'.
6. Clean the sensor PS5, also check the switches for continuity using your volt/ohm meter, replace one or both if necessary and adjust the leaf spring actuators so that switches msw5 and msw6 deactuate BEFORE the fixing feeding connector breaks contact when the drawer is pulled out. The switches should actuate and deactuate pretty close to the same time. NOTE: Be sure the power is removed from the machine prior to this procedure and make sure to clean any toner and paper dust from the connectors, switches, and sensors of the fixing feeding drawer assembly prior to reassembling.

Thank you Teckat
I have done this before and i think i'll do again.
Thanks
