Hello everyone, can anybody tell me how to enter to service mode in CANON DR-6050C Scanner? Our scanner stop suddenly and gets hang in the middle of scanning a document. I need to turn off the device just to stop the problem.

You cannot enter service mode directely in the machine. There is a software tool that you execute in the computer with the scanner being connected.
What is displayed when the scanner gets blocked?

Thanks for replying. It is only showing scanning on the screen after the software was close. I mean scanning stop and gets hang when the software on the computer close suddenly. Could this be a software problem?.. Again thanks.

I don't know much about these scanners but can you tell us what the settings of the scan job was, I have had it in the past with other scanners that high res, colour, multi page jobs create huge files that the network has trouble sending and the computers processing, which also describe the what you are seeing.
