[CQ] Measures against White Lines in the Sub Scan Direction--imagePRESS C1/C1+

When foreign substances get inside the ITB area they create flaws inside the ITB in the direction of its
rotation. This results in unevenness of electric discharge from the Primary Transfer Assembly to the surface of the ITB as it rotates adjacent to the Photosensitive Drum. As a result, Drum Memory is generated, which leads to White Lines in the Sub Scan Direction.

Publication has been revised to clarify the Details related to this issue and provide an Image Sample.
