Hi everyone,
I was replacing drums on a ir adv c9065 last week and noted the LF counter didnt reset. I did follow the proper procedure turning AINR-OFF to 1(disabled) cycled power ran DRMRSET-C completed OK. enabled AINR-OFF to 0 cycled power ran proper user level adjustments. (also ran adj for releasing tension of ITB).. when everything was done I went back to service mode just to check the counters and noted that it had not reset to 0 and still showed old count of 213(yes i know this is high but if CQ hasn't suffered why change earlier)
Food for thought:
CQ is great so drum is performing as it should, just don't want any call backs or to damage machine.
Questions:
Has anyone seen this before?
Did I miss something?
why didn't fuse pop/counter reset?
is this indicative of something I should be aware of? i.e. bad drum that should be replaced
Thanks in ADV,
-R
