Hi! How can I restore the default ID / PW or to set up new ones for Canon i-sensys MF8330Cdn? I really have no idea what those should be.. Thanks for your help!

Dept. ID Management
Network Settings
Communications Settings
Forwarding Settings
Store/Print When Forwarding
Remote UI On/Off
Restrict Sending
Display Job History
USB Device On/Off
Memory Media Storage On/Off
Select PDL (Plug-n-Play)

Hi, sorry for late response. This printer is at my parents' house and I couldn't get here until now..
So, I didn't quite understand what you meant with your instuctions. When I access the main setup -> system settings, printer asks for the id and pw but I don't know them! How can I proceed with this problem?

Here is 3 photos of the printer screen. Language is finnish but I'll translate them for you
1. Start screen
2. Main setup at "System settings"
3. Printer asks for the ID / PIN. This is the last stage I can access.

Try to get in service mode/to CLEAR
think it's MENU key then # Key
then # SSSW
on display menu-Data Initialization Mode (CLEAR)
# CLEAR
Registration/settings of user data and service data are initialized with CLEAR ALL, and go back to factory default**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Nothing happens when I try to press # button after pressing menu key. Printer just beebs after pressing # or other buttons. I uploaded a video to Youtube so you can see what I mean. Language in the menus is finnish...
