Canon iR 6800 constant problem with fixing unit errors

Hello guys, i maintaine about dozen of Canon iR 6800 and i have a constant problem with fixing unit errors . If its not e001, its e003 or e002. I've tryed about everything - changed thermoswitches and thermistors, changed rollers etc... It works for a while, but after some time errors reapear. And it happened on allmost every machine of tht type that I maintain. We never had such problems with iR 6000, or 5570 or other copiers. I think there is something wrong with this serie of machines. Is there any way to override those errors, because its too expencive to change thermistors, thermoswitches and rollers all the time . Thanks in advance.

series is a piece of junk-----

READ PDF------Measures to Minimize the Occurrence of E001-E003.pdf

any way ---Intermittently E001, E003, E005 or E006 codes are occurring.
Besides applying grease to the screw springs on the rear frame connector J8, try applying grease to the screw springs for the rear frame connectors J403 and J404 also.

    in addition-----------------------------
A flat spot on the Fuser Rollers can cause Unit 1, the Fixing/Feeding Assembly, to vibrate which can effect the connection of connectors J8, J403 and J404 on Unit 1. If needed replace the Fuser Rollers, Bushings and Bearings. Then go into Service Mode Level 1> Copier > Option > Body > FX-CROT, change this setting to 3 to prevent flat spots on the fuser rollers from occurring.

If problem persist check and replace the Fixing Connector J8, Part number VS1-7077-019.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    E001 E003 E006

It has been found that shimming all three connectors on the fuser draw side can resolve the issue. Another thing to check is the upper fuser roller for flat spots this can also cause fuser error codes. Shim part number is XD1-1105-235.

i maintained a 6870u to 3 million and the whole series in indeed junk. Never had excessive e001 or e003 errors. But fusers need to go when they get 100 percent as in service mode. or a little over. Also replace web clean roller somethimes. If you dont they flat spot and then start to help flat spot your UFR too.

Check for a small piece of paper in the connectors at the rear of the machine and also the rear of the Fuser Unit.

E100-0002 can be displayed when the BD signal is not detected during the stable rotation of the polygon scanner.

                    1. Check the laser shutter lever for deformation.
                    2. Check the connectors of the laser scanner assembly, DC Controller PCB, and the Main Controller PCB.
                    3. In service mode, make sure under COPIER> ADJ> LASER> POWER is set according to the service label.
                    4. Clear DC-CON (**have current PPRINT on hand before clearing DC-CON).
                    5. Replace Laser Scanner Assembly.

                    Laser Scanner Assembly: FM2-0394-000
                    Laser Shutter Lever: FC5-1916-000

also to test--------------Turning off potential control to the machine for testing/ then return on---afterward-
may need to replace the potential control assembly

I have 5 ir5870. At 4 device number of copies of the 400k-800k and on each I was going to when the temperature drops below 24C or 75.2F laser ejected E0100-002. After several ON / OFF device starts to work but if it does not work for several days and the air temperature is low, then start all over again. Now I'm going to let substitutions all ir5870 with ir5075.
