[Jamming] canon ir2016 Jamming PRoblem

Dear all ,

i have Canon Ir2016 with 1 drawer ,i bring the machine to my work shop and i dessasamable it ,to clean it from Toner ,i dissassamble the feed Unit for the Cassette it was working fine after i dessamble it the machine start gives me incorrect paper size ,after too many dessambles the massage disapperd and now it jamming when exit the drawer , what i noticed that the paper when i press to copy the paper from the cassette exit and then enter back again to the drawer so i think theres somthing wrong in this ,is theres any specific adjust for the solonied or the clutch i also clean the clutch of the unit but same problem . reply with some pic if u please .(i dessamble all the gears and greased it and clean it then i turn it back).

Never do this (i dessamble all the gears and greased it and clean it then i turn it back) if you have worked machine.
Check duplex solenoid and flapper.

Verify or replace the clutch: FK2-1068-000.

Check duplex solenoid and flapper.

the machine without duplex man ,which flapper u mean ???

its ok ,thanks for all first , i mean its my first time i observe how the paper process work ,i saw the paper when i opened the left cover and pressed start to copy the paper exit the cassette a while and then back to the cassette then it comes up to enter the registration roller .what happened with me is the paper jammed on befor the regestriation ,i cleaned all the clutchs ,and as i said before it was working fine but when i dissasamble the unit and greased the gears its jammed and gave incorrect paper size and jammed
