Hi all,
Scanning the net for a solution to this, most hits seem to lead me back to this forum so thought I'd ask here as it seems pretty full of experts!
We have the above MFD in our office and it works fine for printing through the network. However, I can't figure out how to set it up for network scanning. It has an IP assigned through DHCP, though it doesn't show up in my Network area via Control Panel under Windows 7. I can't see anywhere where I can configure the device for scanning through the network.
The Remote UI, which was working up until 5 minutes ago and is now timing out, was showing that the Scan status was sleep. Any idea how I can wake it up?! Is that likely done through the Remote UI or, seeing as I am locked out of there right now, can I do something on the device itself?
Any help is much appreciated, please let me know if I have been to vague and I'll do my best to get the required information.
TIA
Doug
