    few things to try>Board cleaning & re-seating is one of them> see pdf----Board Cleaning_Board Position-TP07 094.pdf

also try this >>If the paper is set to Heavy 1, do u have an image ??

If so > I hope u have a P PRINT with printer settings on it
/ because u may need to do a DCON CLEAR>
DO NOT DO A DCON CLEAR UNLESS U HAVE THAT RECENT P PRINT PRINTOUT

    next check is for>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
All prints from the machine come out blank.
Go in to service mode in level 2 under COPIER > DISPLAY > DPOT check if 1TR-DC-Y/M/C/K are all at 0.
Which means that there is no Primary Transfer on all 4 colors.

See if the other keys such as CHG (Primary Charge) and 2TR (Secondary Transfer) show voltages.
This would point to a HVT problem. Before suspecting an expensive board, check the transfer lever in the front of the machine. If the ITB is not fully engaged, this can occur. See the picture below:

When either "Copying" or "Printing" Blank documents are produced . Also the Printer Test Prints and outputs are Blank and there are no Error Codes displayed.

If re-flashing the machine doesn't resolve the issue, suspect a faulty DC Controller
