Going from memory here so I hope I get it right. Press in order *-ID-Auto zoom-* that should get you in the ID setup. I think then you just have to delete all user codes and that will disable the ID mode. The procedure is in the Operators manual if you have one. -

Press *, ID, Auto Zoom, *, to enter ID mode. Press 2, then 1, to see existing registered ID's. To register your own ID choose ID # registration : 1, then enter your new four digit #, then *.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
